Everyone booked at Short Hills for the next two days. Once someone confirms, reschedules or cancels, the client comes off everyone's list.

Calls logged by each person, confirmations included, against their goals. The week runs Monday to Sunday.

Which staff member are you?
Pick your name once. After that your sales are logged under you automatically. A manager can fix it if you pick the wrong name.
Entries & audit
Everything logged for the pay month. Only rows confirmed in POW and approved by the manager are paid. Pending rows are waiting on missing details.

Payouts
Audited incentive is what gets paid, around the 15th of the following month, to active employees only. Retail (10%) is calculated in POW and is not included here.
Membership revenue check (50% rule)
Monthly membership dues of all active members on the last day of the month, from POW. If it is lower than the month before, every incentive for the month is paid at 50%. New members and cancellations both count.

Roles: everyone except Owner and GM can sell every item and log an IV visit. Owners, Studio Managers and the Lead Nurse can log sales for other people; everyone else logs only their own. Nurses and the Lead Nurse are in the nurse payout table, everyone else in the team table. Owners and GM earn nothing here. When someone quits, click Mark as left. They disappear from the dropdowns and lose sign in, but their past entries and any payout still owed stay.
